An Overview of the Features:

• Login: Utilize the Swiss Post customer login to enjoy direct access to online services within the application. Your login will remain valid for a year on protected devices (PIN, fingerprint, Face ID), and for 60 days on unprotected devices.
• Push Function: Receive the latest Swiss Post updates and personal notifications regarding upcoming shipments through the Push function, including information from "My consignments."
• CODESCANNER: Easily scan barcodes and QR codes from consignment documents, manually enter consignment numbers, and access additional information by scanning multiple stamps.
• Location Search: The app detects your location (using active GPS) and provides details on the nearest branches, Postomats, PickPost points, among other locations. This feature remains accessible even when GPS is deactivated.
• Track & Trace: Effortlessly track letter mail, international consignments, and parcels by scanning barcodes or QR codes. Personalize your tracking experience by adding custom text to listed consignments.
• pick@home – Parcel Collection Service: Arrange for parcel pick-up directly from your home or another specified address using the pick@home feature.
• Prices: Instantly access pricing information for commonly used products and utilize the mail calculator to estimate shipping costs for domestic and international deliveries.
• SMS Postage Stamp: Send an SMS with "STAMP" to receive a code for postage. Write the code on your envelope and you're all set.
• My Consignments: By saving your login information and activating the "My consignments" service, you can stay updated on all received shipments with proactive notifications on their progress.
• WebStamp Video: Watch videos associated with stamped letters by scanning designated codes using the app's scanner.
• Retain Mail: Choose to retain your mail until your return.
• Collection Note: Easily manage delivery options by scanning collection note codes using the app's scan function.
